Is Barley Safe?
Since our barley is pure and organic, pregnant and nursing mothers, infants, children, teenagers, and seniors can drink barley and enjoy its health benefits. It's considered a "SUPER FOOD".

How to drink Barley?
Morning: 30 minutes to an hour before your first meal, drink 1 sachet of Amazing Pure Organic Barley in warm NOT boiling water (as it contains live enzymes). Water should be not more than half of your regular mug or glass.

Night time: 2 hours after dinner or before sleeping, 1 sachet of Amazing Pure Organic Barley in warm NOT boiling water (as it contains live enzymes). Water should be not more than half of your regular mug or glass. Consume within 20 minutes to keep barley enzymes active. 

How many sachets per day?
As a food supplement, take 1 sachet per day. If addressing a condition, take a minimum of 3 sachets a day. 

However, dosage may be increased to achieve faster results. Our barley has no overdose as it is pure organic, sugar-free, GMO-free, no preservatives, non-dairy, and gluten-free.

Can I drink barley along with other medication?
